Do I need a credit card to start the trial?+
No. Sign up and use every Pro feature for 30 days. We'll ask for payment before Day 31.
What happens when the trial ends?+
If you've added a payment method, we charge automatically. If not, you get a 7-day grace period to update it. After that your workspace becomes read-only until you reactivate — your data is never deleted while your account is active.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual anytime from Settings → Billing. Downgrades keep your data — premium features simply become locked.
What if I cancel?+
Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. Your data remains available for 90 days after cancellation so you can export or reactivate before permanent deletion.
